An innovative approach to air flow

When producing NS-FS aspiration cabinets, TAMA engineers take an individual approach to each technological process and calculate the required air volumes in order to obtain the required particle collection rate and ensure the most effective dust collection at the installation site.

Regeneration of filter elements

The filter element regeneration system has a classic design - cleaning with pulses of compressed air. The filter is equipped with Venturi tubes that ensure uniform, 50% more efficient, cleaning of the filter elements. This allows the filter to work longer and more consistently before replacing the filter elements.

Controller

To enable continuous operation in the aspiration system, the filter is equipped with a differential pressure controller, which monitors the degree of contamination of the filter elements in real time and activates the regeneration system only when necessary. Thanks to this, TAMA bag filters have reduced compressed air consumption, which allows saving on electricity and also ensures more stable operating parameters of the aspiration system.

EcoNet PLUS

The filters can optionally be equipped with an additional EcoNet PLUS system for complete remote monitoring and control of the operation of the aspiration system. With its help, you can immediately prevent unexpected downtime, monitor important parameters and find possible malfunctions before they occur.

Ease of maintenance

Thanks to only two rows of bag filter elements, the suction cabinet is very easy to maintain, which ensures low-cost servicing and reduced production downtime. With the NS-FS filter there will never be problems with free space for replacing filter elements.

Explosion-proof version ATEX

For safe operation of the filter when filtering explosive dust, NS-FS bag filters are supplied in an explosion-proof version:

To reduce the likelihood of an explosion and eliminate possible ignition sources, the filter is equipped with antistatic filter elements, grounded, all components are Ex CAT 2D or Ex CAT 3D.

The listed measures allow you to use the aspiration cabinet to filter explosive dust and install it in explosive dust environments.

The big advantage is that when using an aspiration cabinet for aspiration of explosive dust, the installation of this filter reduces the explosive zone at the installation site and allows significant savings on explosion protection of adjacent equipment.
