During the sanding process of epoxy foam products, a large amount of explosive dust is released, which carries a high risk of explosion in production. Large amounts of epoxy foam dust can also have an extremely negative impact on the health of personnel in production.
Applied solutions and equipment
Filtration: engineers carried out all the necessary calculations of volumes and air flow rates for high-quality dust removal and operation of the aspiration system. The TAMA CTCA housing bag filter ensured high-quality operation of the aspiration system and the highest level of filtration.
Safety: All aspiration system equipment has been designed to handle explosive dust safely. The bag filter was equipped with bursting membranes to relieve explosion pressure, and the fan was of an intrinsically safe design.
