The asphalt production process is always accompanied by the release of large amounts of dust and harmful fumes. The engineers were tasked with developing solutions, making the necessary calculations and installing aspiration equipment to remove dust and vapors from the production line.
Applied solutions and equipment
Filtration: the dust released during the production of asphalt is abrasive, so special solutions were used in the filter to ensure high-quality work with abrasive dust. The installation of an aspiration system based on an STS bag aspiration filter made it possible to ensure the cleanliness of asphalt production and to efficiently filter out released dust and vapors.
